Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) offers many different avenues for students to experience educational success during their high school years. Workforce Advantage Academy is one of those avenues that supplement the overall educational architecture for the county. The academy places the highest value on its partnership with Orange County Public Schools. Carl Merrell says that “Education is the focal point. Education in the home. Education in the classroom and continuing education on the job. We must inspire each and every parent to maintain and sustain the discussion of the importance of education.” The message must start at home and spread abroad. There is a need to continue this dialogue within all aspects of our community and society at large until it is second nature like breathing.
